Dr. Shen is a licensed and nationally board-certified acupuncturist. She graduated from Wenzhou Medical University of China in western medicine where she was engaged in hepatobiliary and pancreatic research.

She began learning traditional Chinese medicine techniques from her family members who were also doctors of traditional Chinese medicine. She then became interested in the various modalities of natural medicine that help prevent and relieve conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, emotional stress, gynecological conditions, infertility and many more.

Following this, Dr. Shen decided to devote her studies to acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture and her Master’s degree of Health Science from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Shen is committed to helping her patients on their road to recovery and wellness at Evia Medical Center.

With her training as both a physician in western medicine in China as well as traditional Chinese medicine, she offers her patients a unique integrative approach to healthcare.
